At Nexora, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be returned through the original payment method or bank transfer

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted items

Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
